Answer: To maintain your vehicle in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and to keep the vehicles warranty.
Question: My vehicle is under manufacturer’s warranty, can I get my car serviced by you without voiding my warranty?
Answer: 2003 legislation now states servicing for any make of vehicle can be carried out at an independent garage and your warranty will not be affected.
Question: My mot has not expired but I would like to get it done early?
Answer: Yes you can have up to a 13 month mot i.e. up to 1 month extension
Question: I have some bodywork damage what should I do?
Answer: Call in any time and well give you a while you wait estimate.
Question: A warning light is showing on my dashboard, what should I do?
Answer: Check your vehicle's handbook or give us a call and we'll advise you on what to do.
Question: My vehicle has failed its mot somewhere else; can I get you to do the repairs?
Answer: Yes we will repair your vehicle and retest it if required so you don’t have to take it back.
Question: I have a noise on my brakes?
Answer: Ring or call into workshop for a safety check.
Question: I need a repair doing on my car but can’t do without it?
Answer: We can arrange a replacement car by appointment if required.
Question: I wish to scrap / dispose of my car, what should I do?
Answer: We offer a free environmental disposal facility we would require your vehicle log book.
Question: How often should I get my car serviced?
Answer: Check your vehicle handbook as different vehicles have different schedules.
Question: What make / model cars do you service / repair?
Answer: We do all makes and model of cars from servicing to repairs including all top spec cars e.g. Mercedes, Jaguar, Porsche, BMW.
Question: My car tax expired can I still drive it?
Answer: You are legally allowed to drive your car to and from an MOT station.
Question: My radio/cd player does not work it request a radio code.
Answer: The radio code is sometimes stored in the radio manual. If you know the code we will input it for you,if you dont know the code we will have to remove the set and have it re coded
Question: My Air conditioning does not work effectively, What has to be done and how mutch will it cost??
Answer: It will have to be Re Charged with gas that should make the Air Con work more effectively Basic charge £39.95. However it may have a leak on the system this will need further attention. Please call in for a free check.
Question: What is block exemption in relation to my car servicing and repairs?
Answer: BER (Block Exemption Rules) provides that vehicle manufacturers must make their technical repair information available to all repairers and after-market operators. It allows cutomers to have their cars serviced in the repaired at a garage of their choice.
